Citizen User Agreement
JUDIKIT CITIZEN USER AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT.
1. NATURE OF SERVICES AND PLATFORM ROLE
JudiKit operates as a technology intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal representation, and does not act as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961. Any engagement between a User and a Lawyer is formed independently.
2. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMER
Outputs generated by the AI System are strictly for educational purposes and do not constitute legal advice. NO ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP is formed. Users acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information due to the evolving nature of Indian law. JudiKit disclaims all liability for any loss arising from reliance on AI content.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS
You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes in compliance with the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and applicable laws. You shall not:
- Upload defamatory, illegal, or fraudulent content.
- Impersonate any person or introduce harmful code.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data.
- Use the Platform for unauthorized practice of law.
4. LAWYER ENGAGEMENT
Any agreement or fee arrangement between you and a Lawyer is strictly bilateral. JudiKit is not responsible for the quality of advice, fee disputes, professional negligence, or the outcome of any legal matter.
