These terms apply to all users of Judikit, including visitors and account holders.

JUDIKIT MASTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT You agree not to misuse the JudiKit platform. Prohibited actions include scraping data, introducing viruses, impersonating others, harassing other users, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operations. 2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All trademarks, software, AI models, algorithms, and interface designs are the exclusive property of JudiKit. Users retain ownership of their uploaded case data, granting JudiKit a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process and use it solely for platform operation and improvement. 3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUDIKIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Judikit is not liable for errors in AI outputs, lawyer conduct, or third-party service failures. In no event shall JudiKit's total aggregate liability exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater. 4. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JudiKit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of third-party rights. 5. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION JudiKit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or prolonged inactivity, without prior notice.

Use of the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship with Judikit.
